The origin of this unit is largely unknown. But from Data gleaned from the Unit's AI, it is a prototype of the guyver itself, but specially designed to be joined to a being made mostly of Polyplasmoid energy. Having very little 'physical' form, it was belived the Creator's experimented in this way as a forerunner to giving the unit the ability to give themselves the same material form.

Speed and Durability
 

Speed: Speed 0-4000 on ground, 0-22000 in air.

Strength: The Unit XT's strength has altered radically since it was first encountered. Originally with the strength of only 1000 human men. The unit underwent a severe, and radically invasive procedure during it's capture by the Advent built Merstora, or Dark Relic, which infused the host with human genetic tissue. Completely unprepared for such an invasion, the unit could do nothing as the 'cancerous tissue' slowly devoured the host, breaking apart the energy matrix that the host's corporeal form had become, slowly destroying his power reserves. Through another, equally radical and invasive procedure. The XT unit's AI was updated in an attempt to provide it with detailed Genetic information of the Human Genotype. The attempt was successful and the units strength, enhanced by Mark II technology, increased to 2400 men. This figure is the unit's maximum known under normal circumstances, though it can be raised by the use of a Plasma-induction field. The use of which will be explained later.

Durability: In total this unit's durability is separated into three groups: Physical, Energy, and Regeneration.

Physical:
Units armor is rated at nearly 3 times the norm of a Standard guyver. The unit can however receive much more damage than that due to the connections between his physical armor and his energy based systems giving him the ability to take on a maximum of half a guyvers mega smasher unshielded. The units entire structure also contains many oddities. The material itself would appear to be normal guyver bio booster material, and on first examination this is correct. But beneath a relatively thin outer casing, the armor is actually a sandwich of three separate layers: The outer layer, directly under the usual armor is a crystalline lattice composed of Quadro-Molybendium, a solid state matrix that has the ability to absorb and redirect high gain emissions, most notable of these emissions being the ' Perceptual sense' of the Guyver organism, this limits an opponent to direct Sight and Energy monitoring. If the unit is not in direct sight and is not actively radiating an energy signature it is very difficult for a guyver to detect him. Why the unit developed this is unclear, perhaps an addition made by the AI when it became clear that the host would encounter hostile 'children' units.

Energy:
The other two layers actually form one unit. The first layer consists of pockets of hyper-reactive gel stored in an energized envelope. When energy of a wide variety of forms is applied to this gel, it energizes the gel, creating a high gain storage cell that can contain a rather amazing amount of raw power. The final layer of the armor is composed entirely of solid state neutron sheathing. This acts as a shield to keep the energy stored in the powercell from leaking into the units systems. This layer is porous though, which allows the energy to enter at a controllable rate. It is this unit layer of the armor that gives the XT unit unheard of energy management potential of even hostile energy weapons.

Regeneration:
Sadly, because of this unit's prototype nature it's regeneration rate was much lower than a standard guyver norm. While it was enhanced by the addition of Mark II technology, it still only reaches that of a standard guyver. In a universe populated by many beings of devastatingly enhanced power this is a major handicap that he must always be aware of. Though he has the power to interface with a Non-hostile entity of Guyver origin, to increase his regeneration ability and also refine their own recuperation in the process.

Hypersenses: This unit's hypersense abilities range more toward the Energy side of the band, while he has decent sensor abilities for physical objects, his true talent appears to be the detection and analysis of energy phenomena. Because of the hosts affinity for plasma and other energy types, this allows the unit to understand more about the nature of it's own energy systems and those of others than would otherwise be possible.
 

Weapons System:

Head Laser: Highly focused plasma laser. Uses energy passed through a plasma lens, creating an ultra high focussed beam of plasma energy to damage targets. The damage ratio is approximately equal to 50X the power of a normal head laser. XT also has two extra laser nodes on his forearms.

Plasma Swords: Vibrational Swords, while the typical weapon of the guyver class units, are not seen in the Xt's configuration. Instead specialized focussing crystals of great power have been created in various locations throughout the body of the guyver. These crystals focus a stream of plasma energy into a blade like column. Although amplitude and length can be variables, and some blades,  most apparently the forward facing pair along the wrists create a more powerful highly refined variant that compresses the energy usage of the larger emitters along it's arms into a smaller tightly focussed blade. These blades can vary in power according to the units needs, but have been recorded to slice through an opposing blade of vibrational type, and are effective at blocking all but the most powerful close quarter weapons.

Plasma sphere: Using a plasma compression system, the unit can form a sphere of polyplasmoid energy, that will react with matter and energy stimuli, producing a violent and often deadly reaction... utilized in much the same way as a standard units Pressure cannon, this weapon has increased effectiveness and is capable of doing damage slightly higher than a standard guyvers mega smasher.

Phase Ability: The XT has the capability to throw itself and the host into a phased state. Thereby removing the threat of physical contact. In such a state, he is only susceptible to damage from energy weaponry, which will effectively short out the phase effect and leave him slightly dazed from the power backlash.

Shield system: Once more using the native Plasma abilities of the host, The XT can utilize a power plasma shield. Originally this shield, while strong in power, held a uniform dispersal which shielded the unit quite effectively, though the general power output was low yield With the advent of first a Human bio-energy supply, and Mark II technology, the shield increased in power dramatically rivaling that of even a W'Kar unit in defensive capability. The unit XT can utilize the Plasma Induction capability with the shield system for a variety of effects, these will be explained in further detail at the end of the data file. Overall effectiveness of the shield gives him the ability to withstand 26X the power of a Mega Smasher, before energy seepage and subsequent damage begins to occur <this means that he might be able to take a little more, but will be damaged in the process. >
 

Plasma Smasher: A primitive megasmasher that does not utilize the later particle beam technology of it's counterpart. Instead being a focused beam of raw plasma energy, this energy encompasses many effects. First the energy discharge itself is keyed the a frequency that will cause the highest disruption in physical materials resulting in very high damage potential. Yet other effects also described in this attack are the application of intense EMP radiation that will effectively damage shielding of most types, up to the W'Kar class. Also, in an atmospheric use, this weapon causes a definite temperature rise in the air through which it passes. This heating effect has never been fully explained, or seen in action, but it is surmised that this effect could be enhanced if needed, though to what end is uncertain. Finally, with the introduction of human bio-energy, this weapon has gained some of the effects inherent to such a weapon. Unleashing a massive pulse of bio-energy upon command. The normal red color of the beam will shift to a deep emerald green. This alteration will happen either on command of the host, if Bio-energy would be a more effective weapon, or if the unit's plasma stores are drained to a level that they cannot support the beam alone. This weapon is draining of the units energy reserves. Repeated usage can leave the unit desperately low of both Plasma and Bio energy resulting in an inability to function.
 

Other Advances:

Portal: Using a latent ability in the host, the guyver can amplify and create a Rift in space time, this portal leads into a subdimensional realm in which distance and speed works in apparent total disregard for the physics of our reality. This allows him near instantaneous transport across a planetary, and even Intersystem scale. It takes longer to travel longer distances, but it is a system that differs from the Teleporting ability of the W'Kar and others in that it provides a physical gateway which can be used by anyone, without requiring contact from the XT.

Bio Rhythmic Cannon: A weapon newly discovered, this function is the perfect melding of Plasma and Bio-energy technology and using a miniature version of it's own Plasma shielding, the XT unit can charge a new form of energy attack. This new type of energy has been refereed to as "Bio Plasma", by injecting this Bio-plasmic energy into a small shield sphere, the Unit can create a weapon of incredible power. The truly unique effect of bio-plasma is that it is self sustaining, in that as long as it can find other forms of energy to drain into itself, it can maintain and even grow in power. This weapon will drain a target of all energy on contact boosting it's own power level. Normally this energy might be lost after it strikes a target, but by using it's own shielding to contain the weapon the unit has developed a method of control. It can direct this attack to whatever ends it desires. Though a severe backlash results at the moment the weapon is either dissipated by the will of the host, or by an even more powerful attack. This backlash will burnout and fuse *all* of the guyvers weapons systems, and most of it's general systems as well... leaving it nearly helpless while it heals itself, which considering it's slow regen rate, makes this a weapon of last resort.

Plasma Induction: Simply put the unit charges the Plasmasmasher cells as if it were going to fire it. The weapon converts and tunes the plasma charge into a highly refined and energetic state. The unit then siphons this energy back into it's systems, which can be used to a variety of effects. Most notable of these being concentrating the energy outputs of all it's Plasmasword emitters into one emitter doubling and trebling the weapons fearsome destructive power. The energy can be transferred to the shield system, enhancing the shield barrier and allowing it to be pushed out in a single rapid flare which will disintegrate any unshielded material that it passes through. Also using the Shield system, the XT can collapse the barrier in on itself, increasing it's durability tremendously, and also enhancing strength and speed. Utilizing the induction in this way, surrounds the unit in a distinctive aura of plasma energy. These basic attacks can be altered to form other effects, such as the Plasma-Tsunami technique, which compresses the shield flare attack into a ring that flare on the horizontal axis out in all directions increasing the range of the flare to nearly a half a mile.

AI system: Artificial intelligence. The prototype of the guyver control armor was possessed of this feature, the purpose being to assist in the monitoring and control of the Bonded Erexian host, however, it was quickly realized that the AI grew to a closeness with it's host, picking up many personality traits from the mind of the Erexian, and finally gaining a true sentience. Allying itself with the host in opposition to it's former masters. As such, no unit was ever again given the use of a true AI system. Being reduced to a basic instinctual protocol designed for self preservation. It is hypothesized that this units high level of sophistication, even though it was a mere prototype, is because of the AI's ability to adapt the armor from a partially destroyed data record retrieved from the creators. It was learned that Xt's current form, even his older 1st Gen form, was totally different from the original XT's specifications. It is unknown to what exert this adaptability works, or what truly triggers the change, but it is reasonable to assume that the AI is at least partially responsible for it.

Closing: The XT unit has supposedly been active for a period of time exceeding 30 billion years. In that time the host has gained immense knowledge of himself and the unit. The knowledge is also part of the AI intelligence as well, thus, working together as a perfect melding of separate intellects, the XT unit and it's host are a viable and unavoidable danger to the Creator race. Approaching near agelessness, the XT is a warrior of experience beyond the ken of many younger races.

Mystery: XT Guyver was created around 30 billion years ago. Yet the 'Guyver Effect' was only discovered by the creators 3 billion years ago in experiments on the human race. Which raises the question, "If the creators made a guyver 30 billion years ago, why was the guyver effect unknown until just recently".
